Non-Smoking apart from Smoking permitted outside on
balconies from lounge.
All flat, no steps, private drives and parking adjacent to
units. Pets welcome. Set in 1 acre garden with pub 5 mins
walk serving lunch, dinner and take away meals.

excellent stop-over or superb base for exploring the Lakes

new part 100 years old, set in an acre of level garden,
